MedVacay is a directory of Mexico City doctors aimed at patients from the United States and Canada seeking treatment in Mexico.
Your listing already exists. We built it from public records and open directories, and today it appears in the directory marked as an "unclaimed listing." Subscribing to a plan gives you control over what is published on it and adds sections that are not shown today.
Providers pay MedVacay for their placement in search results. Payment never affects verification: the directory's Verified badge comes only from the review of the cédula profesional and board certification, and no plan, payment, or charge can grant it.
How it works
- Your representative gives you your listing's profile number.
- You choose a plan and a billing period on the signup page and pay through Stripe.
- We activate the plan's sections on your profile and ask you for any missing content.

Results are ordered by placement weight, then by most recent verification date, then alphabetically. Registry data stays published in every case: subscribing to a plan adds sections to your profile — it never removes your listing from the directory.
Founding Offer
The Founding plan is a 15-month billing period. The amount is charged in full at signup: it is not a free trial or a trial period and there is no deferred charge. The first invoice is paid on the day you sign up, and the next renewal happens 15 months later, at the price in effect then.
- Basic — 7,500 MXN + IVA for 15 months, in a single charge. It is the same amount as the Annual plan (7,500 MXN + IVA for 12 months), with 3 more months of service.
- Featured — 18,000 MXN + IVA for 15 months, in a single charge. It is the same amount as the Annual plan (18,000 MXN + IVA for 12 months), with 3 more months of service.
- Showcase — 45,000 MXN + IVA for 15 months, in a single charge. It is the same amount as the Annual plan (45,000 MXN + IVA for 12 months), with 3 more months of service.
The Founding plan is available to providers who sign up during the Mexico City launch stage.
Frequently asked questions
Why does my listing exist if I did not create it?
Because the directory starts from public information: professional registries and open directories. The listing is published marked “unclaimed” and without content you have not reviewed. You can request correction or removal of your data at any time through the ARCO rights link shown on your profile.
Does paying change my verification?
No. Verification is done separately, by reviewing the cédula profesional and board certification, and it is shown only when that review exists. No plan includes it, no payment speeds it up, and no charge can grant it. They are two separate systems that happen to appear on the same page.
What happens if I stop paying?
Your profile returns to the “unclaimed” state after the grace period: the plan’s sections stop showing and your registry data stays published, just as before you subscribed. Nothing is deleted and no penalty is charged.
What currency am I charged in?
In Mexican pesos, plus VAT (IVA). The procedure price ranges published on your profile are a different thing: they are shown in US dollars because the patient compares them against a US quote.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Write to us or tell your representative and we adjust the plan starting with the next billing period.

Payment is processed on Stripe's secure page. Card and bank transfer (SPEI) are accepted. Prices are in Mexican pesos and do not include VAT (IVA).
